This book is a product from the PHAMEU study (Primary Health Care Activity Monitor for Europe) that was carried out from 2007 until 2010.
The study has been developed and coordinated by NIVEL, the Netherlands Institute for Health Services Research, in collaboration with other institutes in European countries.
The project was supported by the WHO Regional Office for Europe, the European Forum for Primary Care, the European Public Health Association, and the European General Practice Research Network.
